We pump, scrub, and restock every week, then haul the unit away whenever you say the job is finished.
We launched with a single truck and a small fleet of units, and we still operate that way. When you call, you reach me or someone I would trust at my own house. We are family-owned, so if something is not right with a unit, that falls on us, and we take care of it the same day.
I track the entire schedule on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we say Tuesday morning, that is exactly when we show up. If anything changes, I phone you before you need to phone us.
